Called when office OPENED. Had inflamed bug bite on (R) side of face. Reaction caused right eye closed shut. Laura had in the schedule 2 B seen at 9:30 a.m. Deb met me within 10 mins of arrival & did immediate assessment of red, itchy area, and vitals. (Right face "sting", blotchy patch of side of nose and hives extended into hair line and down jaw to neck. Dr. Nelson did examination, prescribed meds (which were ready /available @ CVS in on my way home!) Absolutely no way to IMPROVE on "Perfection" !!

(Receptionist: & MORE) She is ALWAYS gets me seen rapidly and returns calls as quickly as possible !!Deb (Nurse) is a welcome sight, and NEVER makes me wait ~ even when office is busy ! Calls with Labs results, and answers to inquiries. Dr. Nelson is BEST Doctor I have EVER had in my LIFE. Has weathered a hip replacement with me, CANCER treatments, CANCER Surgery, Left arm extensive ortho injury and Spiral Fracture along with care, kindness and KNOWLEDGE and recommendations to Specialist referrals to a very high caliber of Surgeons and preferred Hospital services.[...]

My doctor appeared to be over whelmed. She ordered tests but did not advise me of who to contact after several days I called the office to find out If I was to make appointments. Follow up questions are never ask about previous problems or concerns, even tho they may be still present.
