Mother was very surprised/pleased she had looked at latest MRI info and had suggested follow up with another dr. The patient is already following up with testing and seeing a doctor to decide what next step will be.

Dr. Othman is an excellent physician who was wonderful at explaining results and showing me the data and test results which I had no problem understanding. She answered all questions and reassured me about several areas that made me fearful i.e. Ongoing treatment, etc.

My question were answered, I was given a choice of next step. I chose another test to verify MG. (Was told that test likely would be 2 months out but Dr did not immediately order test. [...] My written chart visit instructions are minimal. No written explanation of MG was provided nor suggested reading.

Still waiting for blood test orders to be put through (3 weeks have elapsed). Communicated via MyChart and more than 48 hours elapsed with no reply. Not impressed. My own eye doctor provided the same information in [...] when the problem began. So why bother going to a specialist?
