Biography

I was drawn to gastrointestinal oncology because it is a challenging field, which includes some of the most lethal cancers. Radiation therapy plays an important role in the management of these diverse malignancies, including its use prior to surgery, as definitive treatment with chemotherapy and for palliation of local or metastatic disease. I also have expertise in stereotactic body radiation therapy for the treatment of primary and metastatic gastrointestinal malignancies.

My philosophy of patient care is based on a personalized approach, providing each patient with comprehensive information regarding his or her diagnosis, treatment options and prognosis. It is a privilege to be entrusted with a patient's care – and I will always do my best to treat my patients with integrity, compassion and respect.

Conditions I Treat

- Esophageal cancer
- Pancreatic cancer
- Liver cancer
- Rectal cancer
- Anal cancer
- Other gastrointestinal malignancies
