Biography

Professional Background

Mark Orloff, M.D. Professor of Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center, received his M.D. from the University of California School of Medicine and completed his residency at UCLA Department of Surgery. Dr. Orloff completed fellowship training in hepatobiliary surgery from the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, University of London and in liver transplantation at the University of California. Dr. Orloff joined the Department of Surgery in 1991 and served as Chief of the Division of Solid Organ Transplant and Hepatobiliary Surgery from 2009-2016. His areas of special interest include liver and hepatobiliary surgery.
