Our Integrative Oncology team, in collaboration with the Pluta Cancer Foundation, has put together a collection of resources to help cancer patients and our community manage the stresses of COVID-19 isolation. We also have classes available via Zoom. Please enjoy these resources and contact us at (585) 486-0630 with questions.

Therapeutic touch may help decrease symptoms such as pain, fatigue and nausea in cancer patients

 

Integrative Oncology Nutrition Icon Healthy eating habits and support from a Registered Oncology Dietitian can be helpful in alleviating some of the side effects of cancer treatment.

 

IOC Movement Graphic Exercise during and after treatment can help manage symptoms of nausea, fatigue, depression and muscle wasting, and boosting cognitive function.

How IOC Classes Work on Zoom

  • Registration is required and you can sign up by calling (585) 486-0630.
  • These classes are free and open to Wilmot Cancer Institute patients and survivors seen at any Wilmot location.
  • Some classes require participants to sign and return a waiver.
  • On the morning of your class, you will receive a Zoom invite via email. Use your phone, tablet or computer to log in using the invite information at the specified time.
