Study to Compare Oral PF-06651600, PF-06700841 and Placebo in Subjects With Moderate to Severe Ulcerative Colitis

Research Question:
Do the drug PF-06651600 or PF-06700841 treat ulcerative colitis.

Basic Study Information

Purpose:
Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that causes long-lasting inflammation and ulcers (sores) in your digestive tract. Ulcerative colitis affects the innermost lining of your large intestine (colon) and rectum. The purpose of this study is to determine whether PF-06651600 and PF-06700841 are effective in treatment of moderate to severe ulcerative colitis.
