REALIZE: CVL-865 to Treat Epilepsy

Research Question:
What is the efficacy of CVL-865 as adjunctive therapy compared with placebo in subjects with focal onset seizures?

Basic Study Information

Purpose:
This placebo-controlled, double-blind trial is designed to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability profile of CVL-865 as adjunctive treatment in subjects with drug-resistant focal onset seizures. Subjects will be randomized into one of three arms in a 1:1:1 ratio: one of two formulations of the study drug and placebo. For more information, go to Realizestudy.com
