Gifts that Improve Care

Where advanced care turns into changed lives.

Why Give to Patient Care?Patient centered care

No child is turned away at Golisano Children’s Hospital. We provide services to children and families regardless of their ability to pay or whether reimbursement is available through insurance. We need your help to continue our efforts to care for all children. When insurance is available, it covers only a fraction of the cost of medical services. This is because we cannot bill for a social worker, a chaplain, a music therapist, or a registered nurse. In addition, we must by law accept Medicaid payment as payment in full, even when it does not cover our costs. Donations towards patient care help cover cost of non-reimbursed services and help us reach are goal in providing care to all children.

Building for the Future

We must build our hospital to the best and most modern standards, providing the best care possible and continually improving care as we look towards our future. We are in the process of assembling a new campaign that will be a tremendous benefit to our region's children and their families. We will continue to look to improve our physical plant and to enhance our services in key areas. To learn more about how to help with funding, please contact:
