Tom Golisano gives $5 million for new Pediatric Behavioral Health & Wellness Center Tom Golisano, philanthropist and namesake of UR Medicine’s Golisano Children’s Hospital, has pledged $5 million to support construction of a new Pediatric Behavioral Health & Wellness Center, providing the greater Rochester community a new, critically-needed home base for child and adolescent behavioral health service. The Next Generation: Fellowship programs train tomorrow's pediatric specialists Golisano Children’s Hospital’s fellowship programs help to train the doctors of tomorrow, and many of those physicians end up staying in Rochester to practice medicine. Dr. Blair Germain, a neonatologist, and Dr. Akua Asante, a pediatric oncologist, are among those currently honing their craft here.
