Let’s get down to basics! Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to refresh your current workout routine, our experts can provide the jumpstart you need to get moving and stay motivated.
What You Can Expect
This is a series of five group sessions, each lasting one hour and led by our exercise physiologist, where you will:
- Build foundational knowledge of principles and current activity recommendations
- Gain a better understanding of various components of fitness, including cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and flexibility, preventing injury, and managing recovery
- Explore personal challenges to staying motivated
- Apply principles through expertly-guided in-session activities
