What You Can Expect
In our Blood Pressure Management program, you will:
- Work with a registered dietitian to develop strategies to lower your blood pressure, with respect to your preferences and lifestyle
- Receive blood pressure checks at each visit to monitor progress
- Learn more about other options available to you, including medication
