Lisa Nichols, MS, CRPA, RCP-F
Lisa Nichols is a lifestyle counselor at the Center for Community Health & Prevention. She holds a Master of Science degree in Education from Nazareth College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Literature, both from SUNY Geneseo. She also holds professional certifications as a New York State (NYS) Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA), Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and an approved trainer and National Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator by the Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Providers of NYS (ASAP-NYCB).
She comes to us from ROCovery Fitness, where she worked as a Peer Learning Community Coordinator. Lisa enjoys using the connections and coaching she developed in her journey as a teacher, professional athlete, mother, program developer and peer advocate to work with community members on meeting their lifestyle goals as part of the CCHP team.
