Peanut Butter Energy Balls
These rolled peanut butter energy balls are full of fiber and protein. They're great for a post-workout snack and fun for the whole family to make!
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup flax seed
- Mix it all together in a medium-size mixing bowl.
- Form dough into 1 Tbsp-sized balls and place onto a plate.
- Let the peanut butter balls chill for about two hours in the fridge.
