Peanut Butter Energy Balls

These rolled peanut butter energy balls are full of fiber and protein. They're great for a post-workout snack and fun for the whole family to make!


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup flax seed

To Prepare

  1. Mix it all together in a medium-size mixing bowl.
  2. Form dough into 1 Tbsp-sized balls and place onto a plate.
  3. Let the peanut butter balls chill for about two hours in the fridge.
  4. Enjoy!
