Lower Cholesterol

High cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke. Fortunately, your cholesterol may be lowered through diet and exercise. Our physician and registered dietitians are here to help you decide which changes will fit your lifestyle and reduce your cardiovascular risk. 

What you can expect:

In our Cholesterol Management program, you will:

  • Work with a registered dietitian to develop strategies to lower your cholesterol, with respect to your preferences and lifestyle
  • Discuss other options available to you, including medication
