Data Coordinating Center for the NICHD Cooperative Multicenter Reproductive Medicine Network

Request Research Help

The NICHD invites applications from investigators willing to participate with the assistance of the NICHD under a cooperative agreement as the Data Coordinating Center (DCC). This is part of an ongoing multicenter clinical research program – the Cooperative Multicenter Reproductive Medicine Network – which conducts interventional and observational studies using common protocols. The protocols are designed to facilitate diagnostic and therapeutic solutions to problems in reproductive medicine, gynecology, endocrinology, urology, and andrology that affect fertility.

The DCC provides administrative and statistical support to maintain an infrastructure to develop, coordinate, and conduct multiple collaborative clinical trials simultaneously. The goal is to improve the health and well-being of: infertile couples; individuals with reproductive diseases and disorders; and the offspring of such individuals.

This is a limited submission opportunity. The University may submit only one (1) proposal. Interested faculty must submit an abstract, CV, and budget to Dean Puzas ( by February 1, 2013, using the words “Reproductive Medicine” in the subject field. The Deans will select a candidate by February 8, 2013.

The complete program solicitation can be found here.

The deadline for the optional letter of intent is March 4, 2013. Full proposals are due April 4, 2013.
