Evening Clinic and Employee Discount Now Available at Eastman Dental

The General Dentistry Clinic at Eastman Institute for Oral Health/Eastman Dental has expanded its evening hours and is now offering a 10 percent discount for University of Rochester employees.

The General Dentistry clinic is now open Monday through Thursday from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., in addition to its regular Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. hours.

“We are delighted to offer a discount and additional evening hours,” said Hans Malmstrom, DDS, chair, General Dentistry.  “We understand the challenges of trying to fit in dental appointments during busy work hours, and are happy to provide this convenience for University employees.” 

The General Dentistry Department at Eastman Dental is one of several service offerings provide d by Eastman Institute for Oral Health.  Dentists from all over the world come to Eastman for advanced, specialty training, and are supervised by world-renowned faculty.

Other services provided in locations throughout the city include pediatric dentistry, periodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, urgent care, oral medicine, oral and maxillofacial surgery, TMJ disorders and other oral pain, dental care for older adults, people undergoing cancer treatment or who have medically complex needs, and  people with developmental disabilities.  In addition, EIOH has a faculty practice offering a full range of dental services in two locations.

The General Dentistry Department provides comprehensive dental care with services ranging from hygiene and preventive care to cosmetic dentistry. The employee discount applies to services provided that insurance doesn’t cover.

Low monthly payments through Health Care Financing Programs are available for patients who need extensive work or multiple procedures.
