- OB/GYN Grand Rounds Thursdays 7:30-8:30
- Includes guest speakers and departmental M&M
- Urogyn Didactics Fridays 12:15-1:30
- Protected educational time
- Includes lectures, quarterly journal club, quarterly M&M, quarterly research meeting, medical knowledge assessments (oral boards style session; topics assigned by year of fellowship)
- Fellowship Fridays
- Quarterly full day didactics for all URMC OB-GYN subspecialty fellows (URPS, GYN-ONC, REI, CFP, MFM)
- Focuses: Research, Professional Development, Well-being, Quality Improvement Science
- Virtual Didactics
- Monthly Zoom didactics with several East Coast URPS fellowship programs on key topics in Urogynecology

Fellow to OB-GYN Residents & Medical Students on OB-GYN Clerkship
- Office evaluation of pelvic floor disorders
- Surgical procedures
- Research mentorship
- Didactic lectures and simulation teaching as assigned

Conferences
- Attend one conference per year; may attend additional conferences to present scholarly work as approved by program director
- Most commonly attended meeting: AUGS, SGS, ICS/IUGA, SUFU
- Book & Travel fund (annual stipend for travel and professional expenses)
