The ACGME accredited, one-year Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship at URMC and Golisano Children's Hospital is well recognized for the delivery of outstanding anesthesia services to more than 7,500 children each year. Golisano Children's Hospital provides tertiary care in the neonatal and pediatric intensive care units and recover some of the most critical neonates and children in upstate New York and the Tri-State region.

Our faculty are actively involved in the Society for Pediatric Anesthesiology (SPA).  This year's annual meeting included 3 PBLD's from our department, as well as numerous posters and an abstract.  Our fellow is actively encouraged to attend and participate. For the past two years our fellow has presented a PBLD at SPA, and all our past and current fellows have presented posters.

About Our Director

Audra WebberDr. Audra Webber is the Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship Program Director. She completed her pediatric anesthesia fellowship training at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in 2012, and joined the URMC faculty in 2015.  Dr. Webber is a question writer for the Pediatric Anesthesiology Board Exam.  She takes great pride in being a resource for our fellows as well as residents interested in pediatric anesthesia.  Since joining the faculty, resident and fellow participation in national conferences has more than doubled thanks to her efforts as Director of Resident Abstracts.  Her interests include pediatric ambulatory anesthesia, obesity’s impact on pediatric anesthesia, and quality improvement processes. She is an active member of the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia and the Society for Pediatric Pain Medicine.
