How To Apply
All positions are offered through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), in compliance with the ACGME rules and regulations. Applications will be accepted starting September 15th through the end of January. Applicants will be notified of interviews electronically (not via ERAS). We offer 13 PGY-1 positions as well as 1 PGY-2 (CA-1) position in each match cycle. Residents are selected through the National Resident Match Program (NRMP).
We invite applicants to interview starting in October. Applicants will be notified of interviews via the ERAS email system. Interviews are conducted from November through January and are scheduled on most Mondays throughout these months.
Applicants are asked to arrive Sunday evening and are invited to dine with one of the chief residents and a group of current residents in a casual social atmosphere. These residents do not sit on the application committee and are interested only in answering questions and helping you learn about the program in general.
Our interview day typically begins at 7:00 a.m. with breakfast and a greeting from our Program Director. We invite applicants to dress casually and wear comfortable shoes, as we have everyone change into scrubs for the remainder of the interview day. Applicants can expect to be interviewed by two or three faculty members and take a tour of the hospital and the operating rooms. Lunch will be provided and applicants will have another opportunity to mingle with our residents. The entire interview day should be completed by 3 p.m., allowing applicants to travel during the afternoon and evening if need be.

Within walking distance of the hotel are the Memorial Art Gallery and the historic George Eastman House as well as a lively British pub called The Old Toad (Monday night is Quiz Night!).
