Postdoctoral Position in B cell Biology

A 2 year postdoctoral position is available immediately in the Kobie lab to study basic and translational B cell biology. The position will support NIH-­‐funded research to dissect and exploit the B cell response for optimal protection from  pathogens and treatment of cancer. Advanced methodologies, including high-­‐throughput single cell resolution techniques and deep immunoglobulin repertoire sequencing will be central to the investigations.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in immunology or related field with a strong background in molecular and cellular biology and experience with flow cytometry, fluorescent microscopy, and bioinformatics. Strong communication skills and at least one peer-­‐reviewed first author publication required. F32/T32 eligibility preferred.
