Xia Lab Postdoctoral Researcher Positions
Postdoctoral researcher positions funded by NSF, NIH grants and University startup are available to synaptic plasticity and circuitry underlying anxiety, depression and many other brain functions/dysfunctions. We have created many transgenic mouse models for these studies and we use electrophysiological recordings, two photon and confocal imaging, and optogenetics to study the brain. - PhD in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Physiology or other related field or MD: 0-2 years of relevant experience in research environment is required
- Expertise in one of the following is required: cellular electrophysiology, two-photon and confocal imaging. Experience in patch clamp electrophysiological recording in brain slice is desired.
