Yimy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at the University of Rochester and is a former professional minor league baseball player for the LA Dodgers. Yimy enjoys helping athletes improve their nutrition, specifically addressing nutritional challenges to performance, such as food allergies, iron-deficiencies, bone mineral and gastrointestinal disturbances, and iron-deficiency. His main goal is to help athletes develop the necessary tools to confidently make the best choice when it comes to fueling their bodies.
