Questions? Send us an email. Insurance Coverage MVP subscribers may be eligible to use "Health Dollars" for reimbursement. Please check your policy and benefits. We will issue an itemized receipt you can submit. Our programs are covered in full by MVP Option & Fidelis Care. A receipt for other insurance or flexible spending account is available upon request. Cancellation Policy Cancellation and withdrawal requests may be arranged by calling (585) 473-2229. At least 48 hours advance notice is required for refunds unless a medical emergency exists. We may request documentation from your doctor or midwife before processing a refund. A $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Highland Hospital reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or inclement weather. We will make every effort to reschedule your class in these situations. You will receive a full refund if we are unable to reschedule a class for you.
