Saturday Work 5/21

Crews will be on site this Saturday 5/21 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Activities will include fire proofing structural members, framing and layout, and plumbing inside the building. Framing and sheathing will be taking place on the outside of the building.

During the week, crews will be using the buck hoist and tower crane to conduct activities on site. Interior and exterior framing will be taking place on the 5^th, 6^th, and 7^th floors as well as the mechanical penthouse. Drywall top fill will be installed on the 5^th and 6^th floors. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough ins will be going in throughout the building. Swing stage scaffolding will be in use on the north and east sides of the building.

Typical levels of construction noise and vibrations are expected with all of these activities. For the deep foundation work, any possible vibrations will be monitored by a third party testing agency.
