URMC / Highland Hospital / Facilities / Blog / October 2020 / Metal Panel Removal Metal Panel Removal This week, the exterior building demolition crew has set up scaffolding on the roof outside the west side of the 3rd Floor Mechanical Penthouse and have begun removing the metal panel skin on that side. They will continue working their way around the penthouse removing paneling for approximately 2 weeks. This is anticipated to create normal levels of construction noise.
