• Dr. Timothy Lum is outstanding.  A caring and concerned physician.  He advised me when his shift was ending and the physician who would be taking over.  Highland ER is lucky to have him.

• Had a positive experience with Dr. Chan.
• It was a great experience.  Everyone was very nice and forthcoming.  Loved my anesthesiologist Dr. Fred McCrumb.
• My doctor is Dr. Glen Todd Schneider, he is the best, he is probably the best doctor I've had in my 72 years. He's thorough, honest, caring and knowledgeable.  Dr. Wong was my anesthesiologist, I really liked her also.
• Dr. Fazilli was the best. She was calm, personable and very skilled at the procedure I received
• Excellent experience. My anesthesiologist Dr. Yury Rapoport, did a fantastic job with the anesthesia, I woke up in the recovery quietly, it was perfect.
• Dr. Wilsch and Dr. Taylor know how important them being there was for me and my family.  They have no idea how much we appreciate them. Dream team!
• I would like to recognize Dr. Franklin Li for the exceptional manner in which he treated me.  His explanation of conditions and medications were clear and concise.  He kept me informed and had the utmost patience answering my questions and addressing my concerns.  He sent me home with a feeling of confidence that I could manage on my own.  Loved his style and manner--a true professional.
• Dr. Heather Florescue took amazing care of me during labor and afterwards! She was supportive to me and my family the entire time.
• Dr. Alosio was very thorough, caring, and helpful.  His intelligence and personality were outstanding.
• Dr. Lincoln provided excellent care. She was very thorough. Dr. Chan sat down with my husband and me to explain A-Fib in detail. 
• Dr. Schalleck was also very helpful in her approach to identifying and resolving my reason for being in the ER.
• Dr. Hudson and Dr. Rose were awesome! They always explained things to me so I could understand.
• Dr. Salem -amazing - time spent with me each day, detailed plan, informative, amazing Doctor.  Also, Dr. Anna Kipling and Dr. Kim - professional - interactive, explain all details.  WOW - they are the heroes - cannot say enough about these professionals.
• Dr. Ji is Amazing and so personable took great Care of me! He really cares for his patients. Dr. Gupta is such a good communicator when it comes to explaining very scary situations. He talks with you not at you and shows he really cares! Dr. Voloshen is simply a miracle worker. I don’t know what I would do without him!!
• Dr. Reich kept me very informed.
