If you want to start losing weight quickly and learn skills to maintain a healthy diet, our HMR Meal Replacement Program may be right for you. This option provides you with low-calorie, nutrient-rich meals from HMR, a national leader in medically based meal replacements. Throughout the entire program, you are motivated and encouraged by Dr. Campbell and your support group.
This program has two phases:
Active Weight Loss
During the active weight loss phase, you will primarily be eating packaged HMR branded meals and shakes that you will purchase through the Weight Management and Lifestyle Center. To help you stay on track, you will attend weekly group classes and receive medical management from Dr. Campbell, including periodic comprehensive assessments.
After the active weight loss phase, you will move into the maintenance phase. During maintenance, you will transition from meal replacements to more conventional food. This phase allows you to practice the skills you’ve learned, helping you maintain weight loss over the long term.
