The University of Rochester Medical Center Compliance Office welcomes a diverse array of key regional governmental leaders and health care experts at its 17th Annual Health Care Compliance Conference. Our speakers will explore investigative initiatives of government agencies and share their expertise and perspectives on physician compensation, self-disclosure, Corporate Integrity Agreements and the challenges and opportunities associated with DSRIP.
A panel from the DOJ and OIG featuring Gretchen Wylegala, Kathleen Lynch, Peggy McFarland and Peggy Glynn will address government initiatives in the Western District of New York; Dr. Laurence Clark will share his views on NGS priorities and a variety of compliance issues.
Robert Trusiak will discuss recent Stark cases and ways to reduce compliance risk associated with FMV of physician compensation; Ellen Weissman and Michelle Merola will share their insight into the self-disclosure process and Corporate Integrity Agreements; and Robert Hussar will offer his perspective of compliance challenges related to Medicaid’s new DSRIP program.

The 2015 program will be a “green” event! Speaker slides, program materials and speaker approved presentations will be placed on flash drives and distributed to participants at registration. Participants are encouraged to bring laptops to view speaker presentations.
