Location, Hotel and Travel Information


The conference will be held at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY, USA.

A block of rooms will be available at a reduced rate at the Strathallan Hotel in Rochester, NY. These rooms will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A free shuttle bus will take meeting attendees from this hotel to and from the conference on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Getting Around Rochester:

Get in and out of the area by plane, train, car or even boat. Ground transportation is readily available and affordable. The Rochester Transit Center offers a comfortable hub for bus travelers at just $1 a ride. Traffic is rarely a problem; Rochester was listed as the shortest commute in America. Average travel time is about 15-20 minutes in and around the city and neighborhoods. The Greater Rochester International Airport is a comfortable and affordable way to travel.

George Eastman House International Museum of Photography and Film is the world's oldest photography museum and third-largest film archive in the United States.
