Seeking a dynamic pharmacy leader to provide direction and leadership for a dedicated and motivated team of pharmacists and technicians to provide state-of-the-art, cost-effective pharmacy services in our community hospital setting.  The director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy to assure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as achievement of current standards of professional pharmacy practice.  Jones Memorial Hospital, a URMC affiliate, provides the opportunity to practice in the close-knit professional atmosphere of a small community hospital where team-based care is the goal.

The right candidate will be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy, NYS licensed, and have 3-5 years of health system pharmacy experience with progressive management or supervisory experience.  Demonstrated competency with USP standards, hazardous drug compounding and 340B program administration is preferred.  If you are interested in working in a professional & innovative environment, call 585-596-4019, email
