Microbubble Array Technology – Functional Resolution and Isolation of Single CellsIn collaboration with Dr. Lisa DeLouise, the Kobie Lab has developed patented nanowell array technology called microbubbles, which allow for the long term culture and functional interrogation of B cells at the single cell level. This high-throughput platform enables the rapid screening of millions of individual B cells to obtain precise resolution of cellular diversity and isolation of rare B cells with desired functional profiles. This platform is particularly advantageous for high-content single cell analysis and therapeutic monoclonal antibody development.
