Histology Service

Dr. Pryhuber's lab provides this service to process, gross, section and stain frozen and fixed samples of various types for histological analysis. This is supported by the URMC Department of Pediatrics to compliment a per service fee structure. Training lab personnel and students to prepare their tissue for histology is also provided on an individual basis.

Sarah Mack runs this service with Dr. Pryhuber’s support. She brings over fifteen years of experience in processing and staining a wide variety of tissues from humans and animals.
