Outlook 2016 Setup

Start Outlook 2016. Click “Next.”

Confirm “Yes” is selected for “Do you want to set up Outlook to connect to an email account?” Click “Next.”

Enter your name, email address and password (twice). Click “Next.”

The next screen you'll see shows "Searching for your mail server settings..."

When you see the Microsoft Outlook dialog box, click “More choices.”

Click “Use a different account.”

Enter the username and password that you use to access your URMC email.

When you receive the following dialog box click “Finish.” Your email account is ready to use.
