Christopher Edwards is a Vascular Neurology fellow hailing from Philadelphia. He grew up on the East Coast and joined the US Army out of high school. He completed two yearlong combat tours as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After the military, he obtained his undergraduate degree from Penn State, and his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his neurology residency at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. During his residency he also completed his MBA from University of Drexel. He has a special interest in improving transitions of care within the health system and enjoys medical education. He and his husband enjoy walking their dog Macy around the many parks of Rochester and exploring new restaurants. When not busy in the hospital, he is likely watching baseball or playing tabletop games.

Alyssa was born and raised in South Jordan Utah she attended University of Utah for undergraduate where she developed her interest in the health sciences. She then attended Tulane University where she was awarded the Leon A. Weisberg award for excellence in clinical and academic neurology. She attended residency in rural Pennsylvania where she served as Academic Chief. In her free time she loves spending time with her daughters and husband, traveling, eating and cooking good food, reading, hiking and listening to music.
