New Noyes Employee Receives Award from Medtronics

Noyes Health welcomes Bonnie Button Blair RN, CDE to the Noyes Diabetes Education Program, and we are proud to announce Bonnie recently received the Exceptional Certified Pump Trainer Award from Medtronics for her high quality insulin pump training and patient care skills. Bonnie has over 6 years of experience as a Certified Diabetes Educator and previously worked at St. James Mercy Hospital in Hornell.

The Noyes Diabetes Education Program is recognized by the American Association of Diabetes Educators and has now extended their services into the Hornell area. Managing diabetes is a long-term commitment and the Noyes Diabetes Educators are available to see patients in variety of locations in: Livingston, Steuben and Allegany counties.

The Diabetes Self-Management Program is designed to help individuals and their families learn how to better manage their disease and lead a better quality of life.

The program includes: Individual counseling with a Certified Diabetes Educator
FREE Diabetes Classes Continuous Glucose Monitoring Screenings
Insulin Pump: start-ups and maintenance Ongoing collaboration with the patient’s primary care physician
