Research

The Fellow is expected to conduct IRB approved research during their fellowship and mentorship with statistical and data analysis is provided to accomplish that goal.  Typically, the Fellow manages to have video, oral and poster presentations at AAGL annual meetings.

1st Year

• Ideas- discussed at Research meetings and with mentors
• Development of Thesis theme & initial project timeline
• IRB submission; plan for funding as needed
• Accessory Projects
• IRB Completion

2nd Year

• Recruitment, Data Collection
• Abstract Submissions
• Completion of Data Analysis
• Manuscript completions & submissions
• Thesis manuscript Completed & Presented
