Each tier is designed by experts to condition your body and mind - and prepare you for whatever challenges lie ahead. Tier 1: Fundamentals of Athletic Movement Fundamentals of Athletic Movement is for athletes who want to improve their strength and stamina. In addition to strengthening your body, the Fundamentals tier will teach you the proper form and technique you need to maximize your potential Fundamentals of Movement Injury Prevention Field Testing Dates: July 6 - 30, 2015 (Monday - Thursday) Time: 8:30am - 10:00am Cost: $200 Location: University of Rochester Tier 2: Premier Premier is for dedicated athletes. This tier takes your performance to the next level with advanced testing and conditioning to push your body to the limit. It includes: Athletic Profile - Your athletic profile will include essential information about your performance and physical ability. It includes your height, weight, and BMI - as well as all the evaluation and testing information collected at the camp. This profile will also contain side-by-side comparisons of your performance at both the beginning and end of camp. 21-Point Evaluation - This evaluation includes Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and flexibility evaluations to identify any inconsistencies or asymmetries in the way your body moves, so you can prevent injuries and improve the effectiveness of your training and conditioning. Stretch Bands/Foam Rollers - Traditional stretching will only ge you so far. These techniques allow you to stretch completely - releasing trigger points and knots. The foam rollers mimic the hands, elbows, and forearms of a massage therapist, applying direct rolling pressure that ensures your muscles can get the most out of your workout.
