Research Facilities

Facilities for both clinical and laboratory research are in close proximity to the NICU, extensive equipment technical staff support an active research program. All neonatology faculty maintain active clinical or basic science research programs. The neonatology faculty includes full-time basic scientists with research programs in Molecular & Cell Biology, Physiology and Pulmary Development. Details on individual faculty research programs are provided in their profiles.

Bench and translational research activities are performed in the new Aab Institute of Biomedical Sciences and the Arthur Kornberg Medical Research Building.
