Sick Leave Plan for Short-Term Disability

Residents and fellows are eligible, upon appointment, for a 95% tuition waiver for University of Rochester classes. This covers up to two (2) credit-bearing courses per semester or quarter, a significant contribution to the cost of an advanced degree.

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers professional, confidential guidance at no cost to you and your family when personal or work related problems have become difficult to manage. Our highly qualified staff will provide individualized assessments and appropriate community referrals as necessary.

We encourage you to take advantage of discounted membership at one of our fitness facilities. Fellows are eligible to join the Medical Center’s Fitness and Wellness Center or the Robert B. Goergen Athletic Center & Fitness Center located on the University of Rochester River Campus.
