Rachael Skeldon is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed in the state of New York.
Rachael began her nursing career in 2011 after completing her B.S. in Nursing
at St. John Fisher College; she has a minor in Spanish for Healthcare
Professionals. She completed her graduate studies in 2015 also at St. John
Fisher College's Wegmans School of Nursing, and then joined the neurology team
in the UR Headache Center.
Her prior experience includes orthopedics, cardiology, and family
medicine, as well as a wide variety of clinical placement settings. Rachael is
a member of the AANP, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing,
American Academy of Neurology, and the American Headache Society. In addition to patient care, she is involved in interdisciplinary education and research initiatives within the department.
