Biography

Dr. Singh received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Karnataka, India. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in 1987 at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Dr. Singh enjoys caring for individuals from young adulthood through elderly life stages. He is especially passionate about caring for those with hypertension and diabetes.

Dr. Singh is a champion of patient-centered quality care. Because he firmly believes in empowering his patients, Dr. Singh aims to establish a trusting relationship in which individuals can feel free to voice their questions and concerns. Through careful listening, Dr. Singh ensures that both his patients feel understood and that he fully understands each individual's heath needs in order to provide effective treatment, including patient education. It is this special patient/physician bond that makes Dr. Singh's work highly rewarding and meaningful to him.
