Dr. Cranshaw has been practicing pediatrics since 1991. Originally from Massachusetts, she attended medical school and completed her pediatric training and chief residency in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Cranshaw has been practicing pediatrics since 1991. Originally from Massachusetts, she attended medical school and completed her pediatric training and chief residency in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Cranshaw is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She moved to the Rochester area in 2001 with her husband and two children, Laura and David. They enjoy camping, exploring local attractions and playing games of all kinds. Dr. Cranshaw's previous work and hobbies include geology, juggling, unicycling and woodworking.
