Valerie earned her Master's Degree in Health Sciences at George Washington University in 2001. After graduation, she returned to her hometown of Rochester, NY, where she has spent her entire career as a neurosurgery PA at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Valerie earned her Master's Degree in Health Sciences at George Washington University in 2001. After graduation, she returned to her hometown of Rochester, NY, where she has spent her entire career as a neurosurgery PA at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She has worked with Dr. Silberstein in his pediatric and adult practices since 2009, caring for patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Valerie is active with the board of the Rochester Regional Physician Assistant Association as well as the URMC Physician Assistant Executive Committee. She also enjoys teaching as an adjunct faculty member of the PA program at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
