Dr. Eisenberg received her medical degree with distinction in research from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, where she also received her Ph.D. in epidemiology and completed her Family Medicine residency. She is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Eisenberg received her medical degree with distinction in research from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, where she also received her Ph.D. in epidemiology and completed her Family Medicine residency. She is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Eisenberg believes in partnering with her patients and their families to provide
thoughtful, responsive care. She believes that care should be individualized and consistent
with each person's values. She also believes that excellent primary care takes place in the
context of community health.

Dr. Eisenberg is accepting pediatric and obstetric patients only.
