Ms. Laniewski joined the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine in 2004. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and her Master of Science degree in Genetic Counseling from UNC Greensboro. During this time she completed clinical training in prenatal, pediatric, and cancer genetics at Wake Forest University, UNC Chapel Hill, and Duke University. Ms. Laniewski is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
