Professional Background

Stephen Webster, PharmD, MSBA, received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. He completed a PGY1 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency at University of Rochester Medical Center-Golisano Children's Hospital and a Masters of Science in Business Administration at the University of Rochester's Simon Business School.

Stephen is the Associate Director of Pharmacy for Drug Diversion Detection and Prevention for the University of Rochester Medical Center. He manages a team that oversees controlled substances education, surveillance, investigations, and regulatory compliance. He serves as the Chief Diversion Officer and is the chair of the Controlled Substances Steering Committee for the Medical Center.

Prior to his current role, Stephen spent 5 years as the Director of Pharmacy Operations for Highland Hospital. He also managed the Pediatric Pharmacy and served as the Pediatric ICU clinical pharmacy specialist at Golisano Children's Hospital for 4 years.
