Stephen is Project Director of Web Application Development in the department of Web Services where his responsibilities include data integration, the development of software to improve business processes, and the use of emerging technologies to improve the public website for patients, families, research, students, and the community.
Stephen has many years of experience developing software, leading teams, and managing projects in an array of industries. Prior to joining the University of Rochester Medical Center, Stephen worked for Paychex, MVP Healthcare, Xelus, Saga Software, Manning & Napier Information Services, Eastman Kodak, Lawyers Cooperative Publishing, and as a consultant at CIBER, Inc.
He possesses a proven record of delivering cutting-edge solutions that are architected with enterprise-wide adoption in mind so that the company can generate revenue or reduce costs through process improvement. Areas of expertise include web application development, software architecture, all aspects of the software development life cycles (SDLC), and strong problem analysis.
