Dr. Ray earned her medical degree from the University of Miami in Florida and her master’s in public health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where she focused on human rights and humanitarian assistance. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics a...
Dr. Ray earned her medical degree from the University of Miami in Florida and her master’s in public health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where she focused on human rights and humanitarian assistance. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) where she is now an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine and Pediatrics.

She is the Associate Program Director of the Med-Peds program at URMC and a primary care provider at the Culver Medical Group, the Med-Peds continuity clinic. She has also worked closely with the homeless population in Rochester, NY as well as victims of torture in the state of New York.

Her professional interests include health equity, education, curriculum development and mentorship. Outside of work she loves to hike, rock climb, do yoga, dance and read.
