Biography

Professional Background

Dr. Marks graduated from Case Western University School of Medicine and completed his EM Residency training at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Following that, he joined the faculty of the Emergency Medicine Department of Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center, where he was the Associate Residency Director. He is currently the Senior Associate Residency Director in the Emergency Medicine Department at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
