Samantha Delibert, PharmD, BCCCP, earned her bachelor of science degree from Mercyhurst University and her doctor of pharmacy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She began her career as a PGY1 inpatient pharmacy practice resident at Saint Vincent Health Center and completed her PGY2 critical care pharmacy residency at Indiana University Health. She has continued her career at the University of Rochester Medical Center as the Neuromedicine Intensive Care Unit Pharmacy Specialist. She is board certified in critical care pharmacy and serves as a clinical preceptor for PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents and students. In addition, she is an active member in many of the institutions committees including critical care quality council, and the residency advisory committee.
